Did you encounter any problems while updating dog’s profile/uploading photos?

Why I don’t see dog’s profile along with the Competition?
After you registered your dog, its profile won’t be visible to anyone for 12 hours in order to check for compliance of the uploaded material with our terms and conditions. Moreover you won’t be able to do any changes to this profile during this period. Please note that we reserve the right to delete your profile if on inspection it is found to violate our terms and conditions. In that event you will be notified by email.
Check the spelling of country, city, and/or area you typed during the registration (as stated in view/edit profile). If it is correct and you still don’t see it, please contact us at info@thedogmates.com and we will be glad to assist you.

Why I cannot find my dog’s breed in the list?
The breeds listed in thedogmates.com are presented according to the Recognized Breeds of the American Kennel Club. If you cannot find your dog within this list, please contact us at info@thedogmates.com along with your dog’s photo and we will assist you.

How voting works?
First of all you can vote if you have registered you dog. You may vote for your dog mates using one vote at each mate you like. You cannot vote for your dog.
